  • Own official rap sheet: request fingerprint-based Record Review from the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services through IdentoGO
  • Sheriff arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Erie County Sheriff's Professional Standards Division for FOIL or the appropriate jail for custody questions
  • Statewide public court-data search: order the Office of Court Administration Criminal History Record Search
  • Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
  • Record sealing: file with the court that handled the case and use DCJS verification after an order
